These are hard times .. for sure .

As the Economy wasn't enough of a problem here in California , but looking and finding a Job ( part or full Time ) is just about .. as frustrating as it can be . Over the year Qing is here with me , I've seen her wanting to get out and distribute to the Household . It's of course not so much the Income , which would help of course , but it's eating at her being always at Home . It reminds me , like being retired and having NO hobby of any kind . One can only take soo much free time , before it gets boring real fast . Hence she is not too much for watching the Tube ( TV ) , it is even harder on her .
Having for the last few months been looking in the Newspaper / Computer , signing in with many Job Agencies , sending out one Resume after another . Filling out questionnaire's over and over ( 50 -60 questions ) and all seems to fall on a silent Ear . Except , the two Interviews she actually had out of all this .. was JC Penney's and Panta Express just a few day's ago . But she has to wait with the answer ( no answer ) , we'll call you if we like to try and hire you . So it's the waiting Game all over again , but this time it's only my Sweetheart on the waiting list . It really hurts me , but what is one to do ? What really tick's me off , is .. that the Schooling in China/Japan does not count here in the US . So a 40+ year old Woman/Man must start over , when the Schooling you've received in the US counts elsewhere . Nice ONEWAY street in the US's favour of course . I'm really getting sick and tired of the States thinking their S*** don't stink and other's does . Sorry , but it does effect me quite a bit .
I don't want to get Political here on my Blog , but I really wish China would have the Balls and tell the US .. well your Schooling doesn't count here with us anymore either . Like the US Schools are Sooooo great .. haha , don't make me laugh !

Something came over Me .

Sometimes it is strange how thoughts enter your Head . As I was done eating my Dinner , that Qing had cooked for me before she took off to her Night School . I was cleaning up the Dishes left behind and thought .. why not put on some Music . It has taken no more than five minutes , when Chris Botti came on my CD player .. which was shuffling Songs from some dozen CD's . The Song that all of a sudden overtook me , to almost Tears .. was " No Ordinary Love " . If you know Him , it was Trumpet ( Instrumental ) only . This of course made me think not only of Qing , but also about Nancy .. after all .. it is She who had bought this CD .

How one Song can grab you no matter where your at or what you're doing , is amazing . I understand , I often praise Qing and mention many times how great She is and all . But , I just can not help it .. knowing what I had and what I have now . I show of course all my Love for Her in countless ways , but I also put it into Words . Which in turn , Qing receives ALL my unconditional Love from my Heart / Soul and from my Character that is .. as it is known on the Romantic side as well . Am I lucky ? I ask myself this question often , but it is one only I can answer . Or is it because the way I am , as a Person ? I feel , it's both actually . Yes both , whom do I thank for that though ? Of course my " Better Half / Half's " ! Don't I owe them for what I have become ? Again , yes I do !
That makes a lot to be thankful for , hence Qing is my LaoPo and the best Wife a Man could dream for .. She will receive my Love that is strong for two Person's all for Herself . haha
Mmmmh .. that raises the question is Qing Lucky to have Me ?
I certainly hope so !

All this is having an affect on me more so , due to it being short of two weeks of one year .. my LaoPo is here with me .
For this I must not forget one Person that got us together ? GOD all mighty !

So one more is over with .

One more Halloween goes by and now it seems the year is almost over . But for Qing and Myself , this really doesn't matter much .. as each day is very special for us anyway . Ohhh yes .. still on Honeymoon !

Anyhow , on Saturday .. as the Sun was setting and I had told Qing .. she would be the one answering the Door tonight for the Tricker / Treater's asking for Mone.. I mean Candy of course . I have thought , that I was prepared for all the Kids arriving between 6:00pm and 8:30pm . As the last year was not exactly a Barn-Storming Event , it turns out .. we lasted just one hour on the Candy we purchased .

Qing must of worked off some Calories , as soon she closed the Door and turned her back .. the Doorbell rang again .I could see though , she enjoyed it very much .. seeing all these Kids dressed up in Costume's . So it was a short night and sadly to say NO Candy for me left over .

But , what I want to write also today .. is the Night before Halloween .

I was planning to take Qing on the Metrolink Train to Downtown LA and back Home . Actually , I have never been on any Public Transportation here in the US either .. except Planes . Spend a few Hours Downtown and Eat Dinner before returning . But , I forget one minor thing . I had agreed to our Neighbors , to go with them to a Party to one of our Friends ( Latino's ) . That of course meant .. Eating / Drinking / Dancing most of the night . Of course this is what happened , exactly in this order . haha

Anybody familiar with this , knows .. we were in for a great time . I will post a few Photo's of the night . Anyway , as the Host .. had about the best selection of Music I have ever seen , I don't need to tell anyone the night was to be a long one and getting crazier and crazier as time went by . Just think , a Handful of Guy's and about a dozen Lady's ( Married/Single ) is going to spell out .. something will happen down the line .

One might know , Latin Dances are very Sexy . Well , we seem to push the issue somewhat more there . Some time after midnight , one of our close Friends Wife came and just grabbed me and pulled me to the Dance Floor . What happen next , even opened Qing's Eyes . This Lady , let's say .. I now know what they talking about Sexy Dances . I of course could not Blush anymore , as I was already red-faced from Drinking .

Two of the Couple's , had taken Dance Lessons .. so we received a few Tips .. we will definitely use the next time around .

We were all much tired out somewhat around 03:00 am , if I can recall correctly . We were still so wired up , we could not Sleep until 04:00 or even a little later then that .

Ohh .. how great it is , there are Sunday's after Saturday's and thanks God for that .

Something new for Qing tomorrow .

This will be Qing's first Halloween , she's going to Witness here .
Do we have Candy for the Crowd going to show up by our front door ? Of course I made sure I had purchased enough Candy to last us a while , so she can see what it is all about ( for the Kid's and some Adults ) .
The last two years or so , were not exactly overwhelmed with Kid's coming for Candy . Matter of fact , it slowed down somewhat with each year passing by . Don't really know what to expect this year , we'll see ? I told Qing , all the Candy that is left over that night .. MUST be eating that same night or bad luck will follow . Me being NO fool , buy only the Stuff I also love to snack on . I see no problem here either way . haha

HAPPY HALLOWEEN !!! To all my Follower's .

Still safe and sound .. sleeping well .

So , like mentioned before .. Qing and I did visit Nancy's Grave site and brought her some Flower's . Also , as I like to do .. is clean her Grave-marker .. so it's nice and shiny . Nancy did like everything always very nice and clean . After placing the Flower's in the Vase , I proceeded to ( please don't laugh ) talk to Her . Telling her about the last days of her Life , how she was so worried .. how I would continue without her . What would happen to me ? Well , both of us coming here and asking for her blessing and not to be angry at Qing . After all , she's such a great Wife to me now .. that I could not be in better Hands to be taken care of . Also , letting her know .. I'm not going to ever forget our thirty years that we had together . Me being by her side to the last minute and she knows that . So now , all Qing and I ask for .. is the same respect back .

It might sound strange , me .. well Qing too .. to be even doing this . But , should respect really stop with one's passing ? Of course not and it certainly wont if I can help it . Anybody giving you thirty happy years of their Life , has earned respect .. whether living or deceased .

We left the Cemetery feeling better about ourselves , especially me . So on the way home , I decided to pay a visit to an ex-Son In-law and see how things are going after they got divorced just nine months earlier this year . It was good to see he is doing great and so are the two Children of his . This took us somewhat away from the Cemetery scene and put us back in a more joyous mood . To top it off , halfway home .. we were coming close to an Pumpkin-Festicval and decided to stop and see . There were hundreds if not a thousand People present , so it had to be somewhat of an exciting Event going on . We been there for about half hour , walking through Scare Crow Alley and whatever had to do with Halloween coming up . That is , when we ran into two of my Grand-Children and their Husbands and Kids . Since they all live in the same Valley , I kind of figured to run into somebody I know and sure did . Happy to see each other again , I told them that we must get together for some Brunch one of those days . So you see , I still enjoy/love Nancy's Children and Grand kids alike . Why should I not ?

Spending a nice day together ( Qing and Me ) , what do we do coming Home ? Starting Dinner together , something I must admit .. was never a thing .. I did much with Nancy . Which was not really an option back then , having a Job and a half daily .

Now , I hope this will settle things what the Dream department concerns for good . We'll see , as I will wait / sleep and dream hopefully not a repeat of this earlier Dream .

Okay , now for some Stranger things .

Now we really don't want to say , that our Home is a Haunted House . But , very strange stuff has been going on over the last year . Not counting my late Wife , seeing her youngest Son ( which had passed away at an early Age of only 28 years in 2000) standing in the Doorway of our Master Bedroom and her Grandma she has seen before she passed away that morning .

Anyhow , I want to bring to mind some of the weird happenings inside the House of ours .

The first thing I like to mention , happened before Qing came to America . It was one night after I had gone to sleep , after the News as I do most of the evenings . This was to be a different night , that's for sure .. I'll will always remember . I was awakened , don't know really by what .. but what I saw was un-real . My Bedroom is somewhat lighted by a couple of Air Fresheners and the Glow of the Cable Box . So it is not completely dark at night time . As I opened my Eyes and looked up , I soon noticed that the Room in a strange stage . On the Ceiling there were like miniature size Storm Clouds rolling about themselves , as it was about to let go and release a big amount of Rain . This also was accompanied by the Room turning .. so it seemed . As I lay'd there and watched , not afraid or wanting to turn on the lights .. I just wanted to really see what this was . I opened and closed my Eyes a few times to see if it will disappear or if it is all a Dream . But it did not vanish the slightest . In matter of fact , it started to show some light flashes in the corners of the Room .. like little Stars sparkling off and on at pretty much the same intervals . Having seen Movies of Haunted Houses , I tried to see/feel if it has gotten any cooler in the Room . Yeah , they say it get's cold when a Ghost is present .. that was not the case . After watching this for a short time , which seemed longer of course . I closed again my Eyes and started to Pray and started to talk as if I was talking to my late Wife ( feeling in case it was her ) . By the time I opened my Eyes again , it was all gone and I turned on the Lights . I of course could not sleep for some time after this experience of the unknown , whatever it was . I had told this to my Sister In-law the following week and she told me to put Holy Water or Olive Oil around all my Doors that lead to the inside . Well , I sure did this suggestion and behold it has not happened again as of to this date .

Now to the things that goes on while Qing is here with me .

There are three incidence's , that we both wonder .. is this really Haunted by my late Wife ? She did hated the thought of somebody else taking over " HER " House as she used to say . Always had to remind her , this is " OUR " House .. is it not ? Anyway , the first strange occurrence .. had both of us wake up about the same time in the middle of the night .. while sleeping . We have a Ceiling Fan in most Rooms of the House , except the Living Room . So as we both stare up to this Fan , it's light had turned on and the Fan was going 3rd Speed which we hardly ever use ( 1st.or 2nd. ) . I know this is a Remote operated Fan , but to come on like this .. both ways and in the middle of the night .. was somewhat frightening to say the least . So we put it off , well it's a Remote and someone might have the same Code and made it go on . But is it so , we never know for sure ?

The other two were somewhat scary too , for Qing at least .. because she's the one hearing this on two occasions . One being , a clear " Foot Step noises coming from the Attic . As Qing describes them .. like someone with High Heels and walking around as this could be heard in different Rooms .
The other coming just a couple of weeks ago , also very clear Knocking coming from the Walls . Well this is at least what Qing thought . She actually went outside through the Front Door and could still hear them , but could not manage to really locate or pinpoint exactly where there coming from .


So now we put all this together and Qing wants to go to Nancy's Graveside and ask for our Blessing again , as she feels .. Nancy might not be happy having her here with me . I know , strange .. but this is how I see it too . How else would one explain it ? So we will go again , as we have done this right after Qing's arrival for the same reason and ask for Blessing and not to be angry . Everyone that knows my LaoPo , knows that she respects Nancy very much and feels we must do this to please her .

A Haunted House and bad Economy .... NOT good !!!
