Kind of sad today!
Reflecting back on all the Blog posts, one thing that reminded me going through some of them. It showed me over time that I had won a "Chinese Sister" Lily as I took my Journey finding Qing (my Wife now of almost 13 years). As we communicated for many years, I am now sad to realize that I might have lost her. I have send half dozen of letters to her via Yahoo Mail and have not received a reply back. Got me worried for her, because the last time I received a letter from Lily. That stated her Dad wasn't doing well at all and after her Mom, I think she has lost him also. Plus, she always told me; that she didn't want to interfer with my marriage to Qing. Something I've told her that was never the case, she would always be my Mei Mei. I do wish she is alright and doing well, as I will still try to write to her and see where it goes.
Sorry to hear this as I too have lost contact with the friends I made in China. Linda still talks to her family often though. I hope get a response soon.
ReplyDeleteHi Kenny, how is everything going with you and Family? We both had quite a journey that will always be in our Hearts and we found our Soulmates against many odds. Stay safe and hope our Country doesn't go to the Socialists way under the cheater from the Basement...lol.
ReplyDeleteIt has been a journey hasnt it. We are doing well, still farming and Linda helps me with that everyday. Ziwei is graduating soon from Purdue and has accepted a job with John Deere and will be moving out to Iowa June first. I wish you and Qing all the best.
