Gobble .. Gobble !!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL MY READER FRIENDS & FAMILY !!!

Today is Qing's third Thanksgiving Holiday here with me/us . We are Invited by a Lady and her Husband , that we had met at an Asian Buffet a couple months ago . Had them over for some Tea a while back and turns out , their are a very nice Couple .
This should be very interesting .. today's Feast Dinner . Not only will we Visit this Shanghai Lady's house for the first time , but also will met many ( 15-20 ) chinese People there . This should be a pleasure for my LaoPo and I can practise my Shanghainese/Mandarin , the little I know .
I will update of this Gathering soon , with some Photo's also .

Again , have a nice and pleasant Holiday and easy on that Pumpkin Pie !

Weekends are not Cheap !

To say the least !


The last couple of weekends , being Home and all .. have cost both of us $$$ . Away from Food Shopping and getting my Moms X-Mas Gift - mailing it , buying the Bicycle's has cost more than originally planned . Here we have Two (2) nice Riding/Cruiser's , not thinking how to get them from "Here" to "There" if going riding away from Home . I have my Truck of course , but I don't really like to just throw/lay them in the back .. on top of one another . Bike Racks needed !


Saw one where we purchased the Bikes ( Wal-Mart ) $140 , but did not pay to much attention to it .. as to .. is this the one I need ? So now I'm checking the Internet on Bike-Racks . All I could see .. is two kinds . Trunk-Mounted and Trailer-Hitch - Mounted . Upon looking further , I saw some Top of the Car/SUV rails I could Buy .. at about $450 for two Bikes . I did not really want to put Bikes way up there and feel comfortable transporting them that way . Getting them up and down didn't look attractive either .


Now what .. I thought ?
I have to Buy a Trailer-Hitch for our SUV . Here I already was thinking , oh God .. I'm going to have to get one Custom made and Welded on . I was lucky though , the Toyota Co . had already thought of all this ahead . After calling the Dealer , the one we buy our Part's from .. they have a Hitch that mounts directly to our Car with no Fuzz . Comes with all the Hardware/Wires for Lights at $389 ( $303 for Me ) and I can put this on in about half hour . So , another $ 300 to the price of the Bikes . Now yesterday , we added another $120 for the Rack for the Hitch for the Bikes . Only a little over $800 , what started out .. as let's get our Own .. instead of Renting them each time .


Hence I had a $20 left after all that .. I just used it and bought a Toyota Soccer Ball with it . For when TianChi comes next year , to go out and Kick the Ball around .


I told Qing , from now on .. I will Work on the Weekends .. it's costing me too much to be Home !
We both had a GOOD laugh on this one !

Today is somewhat of a Special Day !

It's 11-11-'11 !


This made me get to work the last few days , coming up with a new Poem . Sitting here and having my daily Coffee , I decided to finish what I started .. as I did wanted to post it today .


So here it is , call it for what it is .. Lovely-Nice-Dumb .. I think my LaoPo will love it . That is what counts after all the most .

Time has feelings ?


Starting out in Life's path
time has no meaning really
it is something only to pass
no need to do any math.


As we grow older and wise
time takes on other looks
becomes part of our Life's
sometimes in a way not so nice.


Ones married to a beautiful Wife
we start counting it's minutes
hours seem to go by
making day's in our Life.


Time adds up to marriage bliss
I start to think .. I know
is there a feeling that comes along
to make ones togetherness glow.


So .. time does have feelings
I must admit and say
I can see it and feel it
as clear as any day.


Taking in those feeling's over time
makes me and my honey
come closer .. each and every time.

So .. I finally did it !!!

After having been a Member with "CHNLOVE" for over four (4) years now , I finally decided to call it quit's with them and have them delete my Account .

I must say , if it wasn't for that Website way back then .. I really wouldn't know .. what I'd be doing now or where I'd be at this moment in Time ? I do owe them a lot and come to think of it , how can I ever Pay them fully back for what I received out of knowing them ?

I also know/realize , having a Forum with many Men dealing with just about the same issue's .. I've been through .. with the exception's that not all are with a happy outcome . This is not always the Men's fault , but the very Company ( Chnlove ) and their Agencies that did so well on my Journey .

Anyway , it was time to let go of it and tell them "Thank you" ones more and leave them with Positive thought's and appreciation .
Also , remembering the Friends I made along the way : Yang ( Translator from Beijing ) with " MIN " ; Lily ( my Mei-Mei ) from Kunming ; Most of all , Kelly ( from Guangzhou ) Qing's & My Translator .. to bring us together with Honesty all the way .
